What is your return policy?

You have 60 days from receiving your order to return any item. Returns are accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and properly packaged.



How do I make a return?

You are always welcome to return your order. Returns should be made as soon as possible after receiving your order. The right of withdrawal without any specific reason applies within 60 days from the date of receipt.

Place the products in their original packaging and make sure they are properly packed before sending them back.

Use the enclosed return label and attach it to the parcel. Drop it off at a service point that handles PostNord shipments.

Use the enclosed return label and attach it to the parcel. Drop it off at a service point that handles Schenker shipments.

What warranty do you offer on your products?

We offer a 10-year warranty on all products, except for electric towel warmers and pedal bins, which are covered by a 5-year warranty. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, or misuse.

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service and provide your order number along with a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and request photo documentation if necessary. If the claim is approved, we will either repair the product or provide a replacement.

Installation costs are not covered.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected by our warehouse. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days after the return has been approved. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes. The return shipping cost is always covered by the customer and will be deducted from your refund, even if free shipping was offered at the time of purchase.
