I have not received my discount code
Your discount code is sent automatically to the email address you entered when signing up. In most cases it arrives within a few minutes, but in some cases it may take up to 10 minutes. Please also check your spam or promotions folder, as the email can sometimes end up there.
If you have not received the code after this time, please make sure that:
1. You entered the correct email address when signing up.
2. You confirmed your subscription by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
3. Once your subscription is confirmed, your discount code will be delivered automatically.
Where can I find the receipt for my order?
Your order confirmation email, sent immediately after purchase, serves as your receipt.
- If you paid with Klarna, your invoice will be sent separately by Klarna once your order has been shipped, and it is also available in the Klarna app.
- If you paid by card, iDeal or MobilePay, the payment will appear on your bank statement.
How do I use a discount code?
In the checkout, after selecting your delivery and payment options, you will find a field called “Discount code” in the order summary next to your selected products. Enter your code there and click Apply. The discount will be reflected immediately in your total.
Please note that discount and promotion codes (including newsletter signup codes) must be entered at the time of purchase. Codes cannot be added or applied once an order has been placed. Only one code can be used per order.
My card payment failed – what should I do?
All card payments are processed securely with 3D Secure authentication. If your payment does not go through:
- Check that your card details are entered correctly.
- Ensure your bank has approved online transactions and 3D Secure verification.
- Try another card if available.
If the issue persists, please contact your bank for assistance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use secure payment solutions via Shopify Payments and trusted local providers. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna Pay Later and Klarna Invoice (available in SE, DK, FI, NL), MobilePay (available in Denmark), and iDeal (available in the Netherlands). Payments made through Klarna or iDeal are governed by their respective user agreements. When paying by card, 3D Secure authentication may be required. We reserve the right to restrict available payment methods for specific orders.
Klarna Payments
When will I receive my Klarna invoice?
Your Klarna invoice is sent once your order has been shipped. It will be delivered by email from Klarna and is also visible in the Klarna app.
Where can I see my Klarna invoice?
You can view and manage your invoice directly in the Klarna app or via the Klarna customer portal.
Can I pay later or in installments with Klarna?
Yes, depending on your market and Klarna’s assessment, you may choose Pay Later or Installments at checkout. All terms are set by Klarna.
How do I pay by card?
You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express. Simply enter your card details at checkout and confirm your order. For your safety, we use 3D Secure authentication, which may require you to verify your identity (for example with a code sent by SMS or through your bank’s identification service).
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Does my receipt include VAT?
Yes. Your order confirmation email, sent immediately after purchase, serves as your official receipt and includes VAT clearly specified (both percentage and amount).
If you paid with Klarna, you will also receive a payment invoice from Klarna once your order has been shipped. Please note that the Klarna invoice is for payment purposes, while your order confirmation from us is the official VAT receipt.
If you paid by card, iDeal or MobilePay, the transaction will appear on your bank statement, but your order confirmation remains the VAT receipt.
