Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed by our warehouse to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been confirmed.
If you no longer wish to keep your items, you are welcome to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the order after delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Each market is configured with local currency, payment methods and shipping options to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Once an order has been confirmed, no additional items can be added. Orders are processed immediately for fast delivery, and we are unable to combine shipments or merge multiple orders. If you wish to purchase additional products, please place a new order.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
At the bottom of each newsletter you will find an Unsubscribe link. Simply click this link to remove your email address from our mailing list. Please note that it may take a short time before the change is fully updated.
